Title: Scrappy Little Nobody
Author: Anna Kendrick
Pages: 271 Length: 6 Hrs
Genre:
Recommended: If you like entertaining, real-life stories from a hard-working celebrity
I want to hate Anna Kendrick like, so badly. She's just a few months older than I am, and she's tiny and gorgeous and talented and witty. It's for four of those five reasons that I chose to ready this book. Those, and I really liked Pitch Perfect.
Quippy, Salty Somebody
I loved each and every one of the stories Anna Kendrick shares. Not only has she had some really fun experiences, but she peppers them with witty commentary. In a quick and authentic voice, she recounts acting on Broadway as a child, being too small to be taken seriously, and rising in her career as an actress.
I Give Up...I Love Her
I few chapters in, and I was hooked. Anna Kendrick needs to be my best friend. I would be satisfied with hanging out with her for an hour.
Audiobook
She WAS a triple threat. Then she wrote a book. Then she narrates the hell out of it. Anna Kendrick herself reads this book. As usual, it makes the listening experience more authentic.
