When I first saw Lorelai Gilmore on a book cover, I was surprised. I mean, how on Earth did she harness her ADD enough o sit down and write?

Oh, right, Lorelai is actually played by the amazing Lauren Graham. She is also one of my favorite characters on "Parenthood". If you like what she does on screen, you'll love what she puts on the page.

While it doesn't delve too deep into Graham's heart, it does provide a realistic look at what it's like to find long-term success in the entertainment industry.
