Gotta admit, I'm a little bit biased with this one. After listening to Hollis' 2018 release, "Girl, Wash Your Face", I followed everything she did. I have a "Start Today Journal". I saw "Made For More" in theaters. I even pre-ordered this title, until one glorious day when this Goodreads Giveaway was in my mailbox!
Rachel Hollis speaks to me as a modern woman. With her poignant anecdotes and her no -nonsense advice, she coaxes the potential me out of hiding. Her advice has soothed some of my own issues, and motivated me to achieve more for myself.

Anyone who knows me can attest to how stupid often I use the phrase "I'm sorry". I needed this book to remind me to stop apologizing for my presence and my dreams.
The subtitle of this book is: "A Shame-Free Plan For Embracing and Achieving Your Goals". She divides the book into three sections: Excuses to let go of, Behaviors to adopt, and Skills to acquire. It's very straightforward and easy to find any tidbit or anecdote that you might want to later reference.
My one piece of criticism is the consistent use of the dangling preposition. Grammatically, it checks out. Also, this is the way Rachel speaks, so it's her authentic voice. i found it very distracting. It doesn't mean that I love Rachel or her advice. I think if I had listened to the audiobook, I wouldn't notice.
I look forward to this book's release on March 12, and wish Rachel the greatest success with it!
